We carefully pack our fresh haddock ensuring they are snug in a foam-insulated box with gel packs, seaweed, and damp paper to maintain their freshness during shipping. Our deliveries are sent overnight via FedEx air service across the USA, except for Alaska and Hawaii due to shipping restrictions.
Handling & Thawing
Once your receive your order, carefully unpack them, pat them dry and if you are ready to cook then start. If you plan to cook the haddock within 1 or 2 days, you can store them fresh in the refrigerator. However, if you won’t be cooking them for longer than that, it’s best to keep haddock in the freezer for storage.
