I ordered a pack of 24 lobsters. Fedex delayed delivery due to weather. Lobsterorder emailed to notice about delay. They followed email and text make sure I will know delayed delivery or I can pick up on time at a Fedex location. They followed text and email to make sure that lobsters were alive. 18 of 24 lobsters were dead, and lobsterorder.com took action to refund in full. The service is awesome. I have ordered at lobsterorder.com in last few years and will have ordered next parties.

Perfect size for in home steaming. Lobsters arrived on promised delivery date at 4 PM. Only one of 24 dead.

Ordered lobster on here for xmas eve delivery. Customer service replied to all my questions regarding delivery. Will order again soon!!!
