I ordered 3 - Broken Tail "Culls" Bundle Pack - 3 lbs. I received the 3 boxes and took 2 of the smaller tails out to unthaw and have for supper. After they thawed out I could tell that 1 was not discolored and looked pretty bad (not noticeable until unthawed). I then grabbed another one out of the freezer and quickly got that unthawed so I had enough for my husband and myself. I cooked all 3 just to see if I was wrong about the one that was discolored. That one would not cook and I had to throw it out. I reached out to Maine Lobster now and they wanted pictures which I sent to them. They said that they were raw and you need to cook them (DAH). I then sent a picture of the discolored one after it was cooked and I just got the run around. It is really to bad that they have such horrible customer service. I was taught that a happy customer will make your business better. I have purchased from this great company before and have not been disappointed. This December 30 I ordered and received, in a timely manner, 12 live Lobsters, Butter, Cod, Haddock and Woopie Pies. They all were in excellent condition. Cooked the Lobsters and they were very tasty. I just Love ordering my fresh seafood from this company. I also give e-cards gift certificates from this company to my friends that love fresh seafood. Did I mention that I love in Texas!

dear Maine Lobster Now, I paid nearly $300 for food that arrived dead and spoiled and because I didn't get you the exact photos you wanted, you have rejected my request for a refund. I'm really sorry that you have chosen to be pennywise and pound foolish. Not only will I never buy from you again (my purchases in the past have been fine) but I will make sure that I tell everyone how you treated me and ruined my son's Christmas present.

We live in Washington state. I ordered these lobsters 6 weeks ahead- they had them delivered and alive as promised. They arrived healthy and well taken care of, with fresh seaweed. We opened the box and could ACTUALLY smell the ocean. It was the most delicious lobster we have ever eaten.

Received order for 6 1.25 lb lobsters for birthday dinner. She shells on the lobster were the hardest I've ever encountered along with chewy tail meat. We've previously ordered larger lobster where you expect them to be chewy, so we were disappointed when these were just as tough. The shipping was great, packed and received with zero problems.

I searched and found out that Maine Lobster was highly rated in their seafood and delivery. I was able to order a couple of e-gifts sent to my brothers for their Christmas present. They loved them and look forward to using them soon. One was sent to Ohio and the other was sent to California.

Ordered live lobster Wed and received it Monday afternoon. Hot and dead. Return process option is store credit without shipping costs. Ruined a birthday gift/dinner. I would not recommend or use this site again.
