Ingredients:
For the Lobster Medallions:
- Twin lobster tails, split in half and cleaned
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1_Prepare the Lobster Medallions:
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster tail shell and remove the meat. Cut the lobster meat into medallions, about 1-inch thick.
- Season the lobster medallions with salt and pepper.
2_Cook the Lobster Medallions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the lobster medallions to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn opaque and slightly browned.
- Remove the lobster medallions from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.

- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
