We carefully pack our live steamer clams ensuring they are snug in a foam-insulated box with gel packs, seaweed, and damp paper to maintain their freshness during shipping. Our deliveries are sent overnight via FedEx air service across the USA, except for Alaska and Hawaii due to shipping restrictions.

If you plan to cook the clams within 2 or 3 days, you can store them alive in the refrigerator. However, if you won’t be cooking them for longer than that, it’s best to keep the clams in the freezer for storage.
