We make sure to pack our lobster tails carefully in a foam-insulated box with gel packs, seaweed, and damp paper for freshness during shipping. Deliveries are sent overnight via FedEx air service across the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii due to restrictions. Your lobster tails will arrive frozen, so you might need to thaw them before cooking.
Once your order arrives, remove the lobster meat from the box immediately. If you plan to use it within 2 days, thaw it in the fridge; otherwise, store it in the freezer. When ready to eat, transfer from the freezer to the fridge 24 hours before cooking for proper thawing.
Thaw the lobster tails in the fridge overnight. Don’t refreeze lobster meat that’s been sitting out at room temperature shortly. There are many ways to cook lobster tails while most famous is grilling. You can enjoy delicious lobster rolls from this meat. Don’t overcook!

Placed an order for 3 live lobster and selected the wrong shipping date. Reached out to the phone number listed on the site with a text.
