Our deliveries are sent overnight via FedEx air service across the USA, except for Alaska and Hawaii due to shipping restrictions.
Handling & Thawing
Once your order arrives, remove the lobster meat from the box immediately. If you plan to use it within 2 days, thaw it in the fridge; otherwise, store it in the freezer. When ready to eat, transfer from the freezer to the fridge 24 hours before cooking for proper thawing.
